04 / On-Demand Hours
Pre-purchased Salesforce admin hours for smaller fixes, one-off requests, and targeted work. No monthly minimum and no retainer commitment. Use them when something comes up.
What It Is
Some teams don't need an ongoing retainer. They need someone senior to handle a flow fix this week, build a couple of reports next week, and not be on the books between those moments.
On-Demand Hours are pre-purchased blocks of admin time. Billed upfront, drawn down as work is completed, with no monthly minimum or retainer commitment.
Not every problem is worth a retainer or a full project.
How It Works
Paid before work starts at a standard rate.
Every request is logged with the time spent. You get visibility into the balance and what's been delivered.
Hours are valid for 60 days from purchase. The structure is meant to keep the engagement active.
Additional blocks can be purchased at any time. If your volume grows past on-demand, we'll talk about transitioning to a retainer.
What It Covers
A flow that broke, a field that needs to be added to a layout, a validation rule that's blocking something it shouldn't. Small-scope, surgical changes.
New reports for a specific question, dashboards for a manager who needs visibility, or fixes to reports that have stopped returning the right numbers.
Small data cleanup, list imports, mass updates, picklist consolidation. Work that needs to happen but doesn't justify a project.
Something isn't behaving as expected and you need an experienced set of eyes on it. Diagnose, educate, and fix.
"Is this the right way to do this?" before your team builds something they'll have to undo later. Quick consultation against a senior perspective.
New user setup, deactivations, permission set adjustments, profile changes. The recurring admin work that always seems to pile up.
Who This Is For
Backup capacity for the requests your team can't get to. Senior support without adding a permanent line item.
Some weeks you need help, some weeks you don't. A retainer would be over-scoped. On-demand sizes to the actual workload.
Before committing to a retainer, you want to see what the work looks like. A block of hours is the right way to start.
One thing that needs to get done. Not a process redesign, not a retainer, just the one thing. Hours cover it.
Inquire about an hour block, or book a 30-minute discovery call to talk through what you need. If on-demand isn't the right fit, we'll find something that is.
